When Comfort Makes the Difference.
Vauth-Sagel at SICAM 2026: comfort on every level – from wall unit to utility room

Pordenone, 20 October 2026 – At SICAM 2026, Vauth-Sagel shows how its brand promise ‘Comfort makes the difference’ runs through the entire storage space: the award-winning VS TOP® Down lowering mechanism now comes in ESSENTIO® design, VS ADD® Light becomes a programme of precisely tailored lighting sets, and Ligano+ becomes a wood programme for numerous Vauth-Sagel systems. In addition, there are new solutions for waste separation and laundry organisation: the VS ENVI® Space XX Pro with four bins, VS WASH® Side as a series product and – presented for the first time – the VS ENVI® Mini Bin.
VS TOP® Down – now in ESSENTIO® design and as a flatpack
In many kitchens, wall units are mounted so high that the upper shelves are difficult to reach. With a gentle pull, the VS TOP® Down brings their contents down to a comfortable height and glides back effortlessly, supported by spring force and damping. The design is new: the lowering mechanism now follows the design language of ESSENTIO®, Vauth-Sagel's latest design line made of folded sheet steel – minimalist, timeless and featuring the characteristic open gap detail. It is available as a one- or two-tier solution for cabinet widths of 600, 800 and 900 mm in silver, lava and white. Also new: the VS TOP® Down is delivered as a space-saving flatpack, and the fitting and shelf can be ordered separately. Anyone looking for a bespoke solution can combine the fitting set with a shelf of their choice.
ESSENTIO® in white and stone – design that matches the kitchen
ESSENTIO® is Vauth-Sagel's latest shelf design: folded sheet steel, reduced to the essentials, with the characteristic open gap detail as a unifying design element. Thanks to its thin-walled construction, ESSENTIO® makes optimum use of the cabinet interior and carries the design of modern kitchens consistently inside. At SICAM 2026, Vauth-Sagel is showing the collection in white – for good reason: white remains one of the most popular colours for newly planned kitchens. ESSENTIO® white blends seamlessly into these kitchens and continues the bright, calm look of the fronts right into the cabinet interior. Vauth-Sagel also shows how well ESSENTIO® and light work together in the colour stone: combined with VS ADD® Light, the shelf inside the cabinet is precisely illuminated and its design is shown to its best advantage.
VS ADD® Light – light that makes the difference visible
Conventional cabinet lights are usually fitted in the top panel – pull-outs and shelves block their light before it reaches the lower levels. VS ADD® Light thinks lighting and fittings together: the lighting concept has evolved into a programme of precisely tailored lighting sets for the VS TAL®, VS COR® and VS SUB® product families. Each set is matched to its fitting and directs light precisely onto the storage levels in use – automatically when opened, with gentle dimming up and, depending on the set, an adjustable light colour from warm white to cool white. If required, VS ADD® Light can be integrated into an existing 12 V kitchen lighting system.
VS ADD® Frame A – organisation with style
The VS ADD® Frame A combines display and storage in an elegant frame system made of black anodised aluminium in the Vauth-Sagel colour nero, a refined black. Wire elements for three or six bottles and a glass holder for up to eight wine glasses create order while showcasing bottles and glasses in style. The frame is designed for cabinet widths of 600 mm and is available in frame depths of 474, 389 and 305 mm. This makes it equally suited to kitchens, living areas, restaurants and hotels.
Ligano+ – natural warmth, right inside the cabinet
Wood, natural materials and warm colours are increasingly shaping modern kitchen and living spaces. Ligano+ carries this design approach consistently into the cabinet interior: finger-jointed solid oak shelves meet high-quality Vauth-Sagel fitting systems. The premium programme is the ideal complement to wooden drawers, so that drawer and functional pull-out look as though they were made from one piece. Having been shown as a concept at SICAM 2025, Ligano+ is presented by Vauth-Sagel this year as a wood programme for numerous systems: VS SUB® Side, VS SUB® Larder, VS TAL® Larder, VS TAL® Gate, VS COR® Flex and VS COR® Fold – combinable with frames in white, silver and lava. Further applications are under review.
VS ENVI® Mini Bin – collecting organic waste where it is produced
Peelings and trimmings are produced where food is prepared. The VS ENVI® Mini Bin, shown by Vauth-Sagel for the first time at SICAM 2026, brings organic waste collection right to the worktop: the compact 3.75-litre bin simply hooks onto a suitable furniture front or handle without any installation, or can be placed freely on the worktop. An activated carbon filter integrated into the lid absorbs odours, and the bin and lid are dishwasher-safe. After use, the Mini Bin can be stored in compatible VS ENVI® waste separation systems – and in VS WASH® systems it keeps small items such as clothes pegs close at hand. The planned colours are white and lava. At the fair, Vauth-Sagel aims to gauge interest in the new product in discussions with retailers and industry partners.
VS ENVI® Space XX Pro – now with four bins
Residual waste, organic waste, paper and plastic: many households now separate four types of waste. With the new four-bin version, the VS ENVI® Space XX Pro accommodates all four in a 600 mm wide base unit – with two 32-litre bins and two 7.5-litre bins, totalling 79 litres. An organic waste lid is optionally available for the small bins. An over-extension runner with synchronisation, a frame made of powder-coated steel and 3D front adjustment ensure smooth running and precise installation. Available in the Vauth-Sagel colours silver/grey and lava/lava, with orders opening in November 2026.
VS WASH® Side – integrated comfort at an entry-level price
With VS WASH® Side, still shown as a design study at SICAM 2025, Vauth-Sagel is now launching an attractively priced series solution for an integrated laundry pull-out. The support structure made of folded sheet steel is screwed to the side of the cabinet, and the ventilated 28- or 44-litre laundry basket is hooked in from above – no connection to the furniture front is required. Mountable on the left or right and, thanks to spacer strips, even on the hinge side, the system is suitable for new furniture as well as for retrofitting. Ball-bearing runners with self-closing and damping, three colour combinations, available to order from SICAM 2026. Combined with a VS ENVI® bin, VS WASH® Side becomes a waste separation system.
15-year warranty – on all VS products
With its 15-year warranty on all VS products, Vauth-Sagel underlines its commitment to durability and ‘Made in Germany’ quality. This builds trust among retailers and end customers – and stands for system solutions that perform reliably in everyday use for years to come.
